Bison Burger Patty 2

Ingredients
*Bison Meat, 16 oz Onions, raw, 1 small Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine ground meat, chopped onion, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties and set aside. Add Olive oil to a pan and, over medium heat, saute sliced onion until lightly golden. Add sliced mushrooms (if added) and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the patties.
