Spinach and Provolone Calzone

2 cups white bread flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup water1 tsp. salt1 tsp. dry milk powder1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. active dry yeast1 Tbsp. butter8 oz. provolone cheese, slices2 cup spinachtube of basil pesto, Publix brand
Make bread according go bread machine instructions. Add water, salt, flours, sugar, milk powder, yeast to bread machine pan. When dough is finished, roll out onto greased clean surface and roll to a 10X16 rectangle. Spread basil pesto down the center of rectangle. Arrange spinach on top and layer slices of provolone cheese. Make diagonal cut 1 1/2 inches apart down each side, cutting within a 1/2 inch of the filling. Crisscross strips over filling. Seal with water. Brush top with melted butter, if desired.
