beef and veggies in spanish sauce

Ingredients
1 pound of frozen mixed vegetable1/3 of pound of frozen onions and pepper1 pound of beef chuckSpanish sauce1 750 ml ground tomato can500 ml veal stock2 tbsp red winw vinegar4 tpsp maple syrupsalt and pepper to tast
Directions
Put de veggies in the crockpot set on hi for 30 min
put the meat on top

meanwhile
mix the sauce ingredients bring to boiled and reduce of half.
pour in the crockpot and les simmer for 1 hour and a half.
