Kale Wilted Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c. olive oil1/3 c. lemon juice1 T. red wine vinegar7 t. Dijon mustard1.5 clove garlic, pressed1 large shallot minced5 cups chopped kale
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to a simmer; simmer for about 30 seconds. Pour over kale and combine.
