1 cucumber1 Avocado2 green onions1.5 Cups greek yogurt1 handful of fresh mint1/2 C Cold waters & p to tastelemon zest and mint to garnish
Directions
blend first six ingredients, season and garnish, let it chill for half an hour. If making more, then do multiple batches in your blender instead of one big batch.
