Slushy summer peach dessert

Ingredients
One fresh peach (the softer the better) with skin, washed and cut into small piecesOne half banana, peeled, and sliced or chunkedOne teaspoon of white granulated sugar OR you may substitute sweetener if desired, which will omit 45 calories from total recipeOne cup apple juice unsweetened
Directions
Place all engredients in blender. Blend 10 to 14 seconds. Pour into small freezer appropriate containers with lids, either two one cup units or four 1/2 cup units. Snap on lids. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes. Take out and break up with a spoon and stir. Then eat! Delicious, cool, tasty, nutritious, refreshing and filling!
