Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1 onion, chopped3 carrots, chopped4 stalks celery, chopped2 (28 ounce) cans organic diced tomatoes, undrained1 (16 ounce) can organic red kidney beans, drained1 (16 ounce) can organic white kidney beans, drained3 (10 ounce) cans organic vegatable stock3 teaspoons oregano2 teaspoons pepper5 teaspoons parsley1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)1 (20 ounce) tomato puree8 ounces pastaDirections:1Brown beef in a skillet.2Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.3Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.4During last 30 min on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
