Ingredients:Oats, Rolled, 1 cupPumpkin, cooked, 1.5 cup, mashedApple Sauce-Natural-no sugar added(Jewel brand)(4oz), 1 servingMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.75 cupWater, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 4 large*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupCinnamon, ground, 2 tspBaking Powder, 3 tspBanana, fresh, 1 mediumHoney, 1 tbsp(If you need more sweetness, feel free to add some sweetener)
1. Mix together all dry ingredients except for the rolled oats
2. Mix together all wet ingredients plus the rolled oats
3. Mix the 2 previous mix with each other
4. Put on muffin cups and bake ate about 250ºC for 20 minutes
