Boneless Chicken Breast Cut into strips1 cup coconut flakes1/2 cupe Panko bread crumbs2 egg whites
Cut Chicken into strips. Place chicken in a bowl with egg whites and let soak for a couple of minutes. Mix coconut flakes with bread crumbs. Take the chicken strips and roll in the coconut flake/bread crumb mixture making sure to cover the whole strip. Place on baking sheet. Repeat for all the chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
