1.5 cup dates, pitted1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Process dates in food processor for 2 minutes. Put into a bowl to the side. Process walnuts halves in food processor for 10 seconds or until roughly chopped (or use already chopped nuts). Add to bowl of processed dates and mix. Put mixture into foil-lined muffin tray and press until firmly in place. Refrigerate for 30 min. Take out of pan and cut each "muffin" into four pieces.
