Ingredients
Stuffed Mushroom Caps , serves 212 white mushrooms, rinsed quickly and patted dry, stems removed1/2C fat free cottage cheese5 saltine crackers1/4 tsp Ital seasoning1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp sage
Directions
Grind crackers and seasonings till fine.
Fill caps 3/4 full with cottage cheese, tamp on some cracker crumb mix, don't overfill, you probably won't use it all
Place in PAM sprayed pie plate or cake pan, spray tops with PAM
Bake at 350 deg for 10-15 min till lightly browned on top
