1 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced3 onions, diced1 red pepper, chopped1 medium zucchini, sliced 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced3 large tomatoes, diced3 medium potatoes, chopped

place all ingredients in a dutch oven or large pot and simmer until all ingredients are tender and the sausage is cooked through
