Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg vegetable beef soup mix8 oz. lean beef, cubed2 medium potatoes (red or Yukon), cubed2 medium carrots, cubed1/2 large onion, chopped1 cup broccoli, chopped coarsely8 cups water
Directions
Place all ingredients into a dutch oven sized pan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes. Makes about 8 one cup servings.
