Roasted Chicken in peach and brown sugar marinade

Ingredients
Defrost whole roaster chicken, take out the neck and all the extras before you cook. Once the chicken is defrosted season your chicken with salt and pepper, place the chicken into the crock pot and pour a cup of low sodium, low fat chicken broth in you slow cooker, set the time to 10 hours, add the marinade over the top of the chicken and let it cook over night. Do not take the cover off to check. Let it sit.
Directions
Set crock pot (slow cooker) to 10 hours and let chicken cook without taking off cover over night or start it in the morning before you go to work and it will be ready for dinner when you get home.
