Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onions1/2 cup diced green peppersPam Spray20 oz 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast8 oz. Petite Diced Tomatoes1 cup Kraft Fat Fre Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup Egg Beaters1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs (Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread)1/2 tspn SaltGround Pepper to taste
Directions
Spray Pam in microwave safe dish. Add onions and green peppers and cook just until soft. Add to all the rest of the ingredients and put in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 - 8 servings
