Ingredients
1 Flank Steak (Approx 1.5 Lbs)1 Cup Lemon Juice1 Cup Soy Sauce (low Sodium)1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Mix all the Ingrediants on a zip top bag. Place in Flank Steak and Marinate overnight in the fridge. Grill Flank Steak till it is cooked the way you like it.

    This was really good. It reminded me of beef and broccoli from a chinese take out. I added broccoli and used the extra marinade to drizzle over some brown rice. I also cooked it in a skillet because I don't grill! Really enjoyed this. - 4/2/09

    I cut hash marks across the steak diagonally on both sides, grilled it over a very hot fire and turned it several times, basting it each time with the marinade. A definite family favorite. - 4/3/11
