Crust less quiche

Ingredients
4 eggs2 cups mozzarella cheese0.25 tsp oregano0.25 salt0.14 pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees + grease 9 inch pie pan.
Thoroughly wash spinach. Then place spinach into a large skillet w/ a cover on medium/high heat. Fill the skillet w/ about two inches of water. Place spinach inside the skillet. Let the spinach cook for about 5 minutes with a lid, until the spinach has a nice dark green color.
Drain any excess water from the skillet.
In a large bowl combine eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well. Add spinach to the mixture.
Next pour the entire mixture into the greased pie pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the outer edges are medium brown and the eggs in the center are firm.
