Maple-Dijon Pork Marinade

Ingredients
1 cup Maple Syrup2 tbsps chopped garlic1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce2 tbsps Dijon Mustard
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients and add to large ziploc bag with pork.

Marinate for at least two hours.

Serving Size: Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of pork.
