Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts3 cups chicken broth4 cloves garlic2 tsps dijon mustard2 tbsp creme fraiche2 tsp corn starch
Directions
Mix corn starch into cold broth. Put the chicken breasts, peeled and crushed garlic, mustard and broth in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6-8. Remove chicken and shred. Stir creme fraiche into sauce and return chicken. Cook on high for 15 more minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
