Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
Blend eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugarCombine Flour, baking powder & saltMix until smoothMelt butter in pan until bubbling. Saute apples until soft (med heat for 5 min)Spread apples in pan then add batter. Reduce heat to low/med and cook until bottom is firm (app 10 min)orPreheat oven to 375 before apples. Put pan in oven app 8 - 10 minutes
