Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef (or turkey)1 tsp of garlic, add rosemary, sage, seasonings to taste1 egg-beaten1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
mix all ingredients, roll into 1 inch meat balls, brown in pan about 15 min, keep turning
