Ingredients
6 oz 93%lean ground beef4 c low or no sodium tomato juice32 oz fat free low sodium beef broth14.5 can diced no salt tomato16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables1 medium onion1 c fresh cabbage1 c fresh celery2T swiss chard ground1 c water1 bay leaf1.5 c fresh potato (low carb sunlite)
Directions
brown beef, add everything except frozen vegetables and potato, simmer 45 min, add frozen vegetables and simmer 10 min., add potato simmers 20 additional min.
