Ingredients
36 oz. Beef top sirloin1 onion2 roma tomatoes2 c mushrooms1 bay leaf1/8 tsp sea saltdash of ground pepper1 canned stewed tomatoes 4 sugar cubes
Directions
combine all ingredients except seasoning and canned diced tomatoes and slow cook for 60 minutes; add stewed tomatoes for the 30 minutes
