14 whole large eggs24 TBSP egg whites3 cups kale2 cups Trader Joe's Organic Foursome Vegetables1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Shredded Cheese
Sautee all ingredients except eggs.
Divide sauteed ingredients into 36 cupcake servings, in cupcake tins.
Mix eggs and egg whites and pour over veggies.
Top with shredded cheese.
