Ingredients
2 cups gluten free oats1/2 cup raisins or your choice dried fruit1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (optional)1/2 cup honey1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup peanut butter1 teaspoon vanilla1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix everything together adding more oats as needed if overly moist.
Roll spoonfuls into tight balls and refrigerate
