1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes1 Tbsp. Coconut Spread (or coconut butter)1 oz. Cream Cheese1 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream1 tsp. SF Vanilla Flavoring Syrup (Torani-type)
Lightly toast coconut flakes (I did mine in microwave). Stir in coconut spread (or coconut butter) and heat about 30 seconds. Stir in cubed, softened cream cheese and microwave about 30 seconds, stirring until fluffy. Add in whipping cream and flavoring syrup; stir until well incorporated. Freeze or refrigerate until firm or enjoy as a whipped dessert once chilled.
