Philly chicken with rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts cubed5 small carrots sliced2 celery stalks sliced1 pkg cream cheese cooking sauce1 shallot chopped1 red or yellow pepper chopped1 1/2 cups of cooked brown rice
Directions
prepare rice on stovetop
combine all other ingredients in casserole dish
cook casserole in 350 oven for 35 minutes
add cooked rice to casserole and return to oven for 10 minutes to combine flavours
