Spinach Bacon Frittata

Ingredients
5 eggs1 cup milk (use fat free or 2% to lower fat)2 oz cheese (Use 2% to lower fat)4 slices turkey bacon3 slices flourless bread1 cup fresh spinach chopped
Directions
Tear bread into pieces and press into bottom of 9X9 casserole dish. Chop spinach and cooked turkey bacon and mix with shredded cheese. Spread over bread. Mix eggs and milk and pour over top. Bake about 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
