Red Ripe Tomatoe, 1 slice, medium (1/4")Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 sliceBread, whole wheat (toasting), 1 slice
Directions
Place cheese on slice to of bread and toast lighty. When done, place the tomato slice on warm cheese bread. Lighty salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy!

    I am allergic to most breads, so I'm using sour dough spelt bread. Will also use real cheese instead of plastic cheese. :-) A great way to deal with the need for a mac and cheese fix! - 7/9/11

    I make these all the time, except I use some lite mayo and butter. You can also use it with 2 pieces of wheat bread and make a sandwich. Anyway you do it, it is very good! - 7/27/07
