Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb Butter, salted, 1 stick 6 Peperoncini Mezzetta (3 peppers per serving), 2 serving 1 packet of McCormick Au Jus Gravy dry mix (2 Tbsp per packet)1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch or Wishbone Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix (2.1oz pk -4.33T per packet) I used Wishbone because that's what I had.8 ounces sliced frech mushrooms, (226.7 grams)
Place chuck roast in crock Pot
Sprinkle Ranch Dressing mix on top followed by Au Jus Gravy Mix.
Place butter on top of dry mixes

Place peppers on top of roast.
Add NO water!!!!
Cook on low for 8 hours
