Chicken in red wine

Chopped OnionChopped CeleryGarlic clovesred wine olive oilchicken brothchicken thighs
Directions
Dice Onion and Celery, then brown with olive oil. Add the chicken thighs and cook until brown. Deglaze the pan with red wine, add mushrooms and then let simmer. A long simmer is better. Serve over rice.
