Candice's Cannelini and Kale Soup

4 cups rough chopped kale3 cans cannelini beans5 cans diced tomatoes2- 32 oz boxes of chicken broth3 carrots sliced2 stalks celery sliced1 medium onion/1 cup diced onion3 cloves garlic chopped2 tsp italian seasoning2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
saute onion, celery, carrot, garlic, salt, pepper in 1 tblsp olive oil till translucent. add remaining ingredients, simmer on low for aprox 90 minutes
