Creamy/Healthy spinach

Ingredients
Cook the spinach with enough salt and water so that it can be mashed. Add cooked toor dal to this and mix it well. Heat half a tbs of olive oil and splatter mustard and red pepper.Season the spinach/dal with olive oil and mustard and one red chilli.After the spinach cools down, mash it well and add 1 cup of homemade yogurt to it.A yummy healthy treat is ready. Can be eaten with rice or rotis.
