Best Curried Garbanzo bean dish EVER!

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cup *Coriander, ground, 1 tsp *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, ¼ tsp Cloves, ground, 3/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3/8 tsp *Clove of Garlic, 3 serving Ginger, ground, 3/8 tsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp *Tomatoes, red, ripe, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup salt to taste
Directions
Heat spice sin the oil over low heat, stirring often, for about 5 minutes
Stir in the garbanzo beans and enough of the reserved liquid to barely cover them. Stir well and mash a few of the beans with a fork or potato masher
Cook the beans over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the sauce is quite thick, stirring often. Remove from heat.
Stir in the lemon juice, the chopped cilantro, and the diced tomato. Taste and correct seasoning
