Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 medium green onions, 1 oz.peppers Mini, 1 serving Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2.5 cup, shredded or chopped Tyson 100% All Natural Chicken Nuggets (5 nuggets), 1 serving
Directions
Shredded carrot
Chop celery
Scrambled up 3 eggs & let cool
Chopped up 3 mini peppers
Added 2.5 cups of iceberg lettuce
Cut 1 serving of Tyson chicken nuggets as I didn't have chicken
