2 cups water 4 oz pre cooked chicken breast1/4 cup onion sliced fine3 oz grape tomatoes cut in half1 cup fresh broccoli choppedCorn on the cob, cooked & removed 1 tsp Garlic1 tsp parsley1 tsp basil1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 oz (28 g) cheddar cheese
Put two cups of water into saucepan & bring to boil. Add ingredients as you cut them up. Use leftover chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Add to pot. Add 1/4 cup slices of onion to pot, along with 4 oz pre cooked chicken breast. Add 1/4 cup onion sliced fine, 3 oz grape tomatoes cut in half, 1 cup fresh broccoli chopped, Corn on the cob, cooked & removed, 1 tsp Garlic,1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp basil, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Add 1 oz (28 g) cheddar cheese to serving bowl. You may want to add a turn of the salt mill. This is a naturally low salt recipe.
