Adam's Organic Lentil with Carrot and Rosemary Soup

Ingredients
Use all Organic ingredients where possible.Lentils, 1.5 cup Carrots, raw, 2 large small diceCelery, raw, 3 stalk, medium small diceOnions, raw, 2 medium small diceGarlic, 3 clove choppedBay Leaf 1 wholefresh Rosemary, 1-2 med stalk*Organic Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base, 6 tsp Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Water, tap, 12 cup Pepper, black to taste*kosher salt to taste
Directions
Sweat Onions, Garlic, celery and carrots in olive oil and Bay Leaf. Add Lentils, stir, add water, bring to a simmer. Add a good vegetable base such as better than Boullon. Cook until lentils are tender. Add chopped Rosemary, season to taste with S&P.
