Zucchini and Carrot Protein Cake

Ingredients
Egg white, fresh, 8 large Oats, Quaker, 1 cup Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 0.5 cup Gold Nutrition Total Whey Strawberry, 100 gramsBaking Powder, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbspSplenda, 20 tspCinnamon, ground, 3 tspCarrots, raw, 0.5 cup, gratedZucchini, 0.5 cup, gratedPineapple, fresh, 0.3 cup, mashed
Directions
Mix all ingredients except carrots, zucchini and pineapple. Blend them all together. When they are all blended, add carrots, zucchini and pineapple. Mix week.

Put into the oven at 220ºC for 30 minutes.
