Ingredients
F1 HL Shake Mix, 1.5 cup 2 sugar free lemon yogurts 6 oz. eachLight Cream Cheese, 16 tbsp Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp Jello Sugar-Free Lemon Pudding (milk not included), 8 oz Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 2 cup Pie crust, vanilla wafer, 1 crust, single 9"
Directions
Blend all ingredients except crust together in large bowl. Beat with mixer at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pie crust, rounding top. Chillin refrigerator, ready in 30 mins. Divide into 8 servings. Use as meal or snack replacement.
