Chicken Curry with Lentils

Ingredients
16 oz or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup red lentils1 cup quinoa4 cups chicken stock or broth1 can of tomatoes 1 Tbs curry powder or curry powder blendsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix together other ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine, pour over chicken breasts. Cook on low for 6 hours stirring once or twice during cooking to keep lentils and quinoa from sticking to the bottom.
