Sassy's Old Fashioned Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar3 1/2 teaspon baking powderSalt-dash3 tablespoons canola oil3/4 cup milk1 egg1 1/2 cups mashed banana (3-4 medium)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two small loaf pans.

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; and beat for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to scrape the bowl to mix as ingredients well.

Pour into loaf pan(s) and bake for 55 minutes.

After cooling completely, slice into 16 slices.

If craving butter, sprinkle with Molly McButter butter sprinkles.

Serving Size: Makes 16 slices of bread.
