Black Bean and Wheatberry Burritos

Ingredients
Flour Tortilla, 10", 3 servingsOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Bell Pepper, Orange, .5 cup Beans, black, 1.5 cupSriracha, 5 tbspSea Salt, 1 tspNutritional Yeast, B12 enhanced, 4 Tbs
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet; add chopped onions and saute until soft. Add drained black beans and warm through until they are soft and smash-able; after the beans are somewhat smashed, add salt, peppers, wheat berries and sriracha. Turn off stove, and continue to stir, blending the flavors and textures.

Divide into thirds; spoon a third of the mixture into waiting tortillas; wrap and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 eight ounce burritos.
