Butternut squash soup

Ingredients
5 cups butternut squash4 cups chicken broth1 onion1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Peel squash, remove seeds and cut into cubes, set aside. Add onion to pot with olive oil, simmer until soft. Add chicken broth and squash, bring to a boil. Add cinnamon and nutmeg, simer for 20 minutes or until squash is soft. Run soup through blender until smooth.
