Bisquick Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
2 C Heart Healthy Bisquick3/4 C Egg Beaters1/4 C plus 2 TBSP water3/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 C Pizza sauce1/4 C 2% low fat shredded mozzarella cheese3/4 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese3/4 C shredded fat free cheddar cheese1 C green pepper strips1 C sliced fresh mushrooms1 large scallion (green onion), sliced1 large tomato, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Bisquick, egg substitute, water, and garlic powder together. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Put into pan (jelly roll pan works best) and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or so until crust looks done. Chop/slice veggies while crust is baking. Top crust with pizza sauce, cheese and veggies. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and veggies are done to your liking.
