Rumbamel's Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings (got from a repost from my sister)

Ingredients
-1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, I put them in frozen, about 3 small to med.-2 T Smart Balance butter spread-1 onion, finely chopped, about 1 1/2 C, I use white onion-1 cans, 10.5 oz each, Cream of Chicken condensed soup-3 C water-1 C skim milk, fat free- 1 cans, 10 rolls each, Grands Jr. biscuits and then cut into 4 pieces each-1/8 C flour, all purpose
Directions
---Put your chicken breasts in the bottom of your lightly sprayed crockpot. Top with your buttery spread, onions, soup and enough water/milk mix to cover it all. Mine was 3 C water and 1 C milk along with the soup.

---Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hrs. Remove lid 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. AFTER COATING EACH BISCUIT PIECE IN FLOUR 1ST, drop each biscuit piece in the mix. Return the lid and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
