Italian Sausage Stew

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage2 onions6 cloves garlic2 small zucchini28 oz can tomatoes42 oz chicken broth1.5 c red wine10 oz frozen spinach19-oz package frozen cheese tortellini, cookedseasonings: dried basil, oregano, salt & pepper to tastetop with Parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute sausage, remove. Saute onions & garlic in some of the fat. When onions are almost browned, add zucchini. After onions are browned, add tomatoes, broth, sausage, wine & spices. Boil, then simmer 20 minutes. Add spinach and tortellini.
