Chopped or whole kale, fresh, 2 cupsSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.25 cupSilk Almond milk, unsweetened 30 calories/1cupBody Fortress Strawberry Whey, 42 gram(s)Ice & water as preferred
Directions
No cooking, just throw the kale & spinach into your blender along with about 1/2 cup of water. Once well blended and no individual chunks able to be seen, add in all the rest.

Serving Size: Half of mixture, whatever that ends up being.
