1 cup 35% whipping cream1 cup 10% half and half cream1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup Italian style rice2 cups of boiling water1 teaspoon cinnamon
Put everything in a medium saucepan, place on stove top on medium bring to a boil stirring often. turn burner down to low and now place a lid on. Make sure to stir every couple of minutes. keep your eyes on it often I won't leave the kitchen! stir more often as it starts to thicken.Taste rice if its cooked al dente its done. it will continue to thicken as it cools. place in individual bowls with lids.Place in fridge.
