Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter2 1/4 cups brown sugar1/2 cup milk3/4 cup peanut butter1 tsp vanilla extract3 1/5 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar)
Directions
Butter an 8x8 baking pan and set aside.

1) Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to boil and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

2) Remove pan from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla, combine well. Set aside.

3) Place powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over powdered sugar and beat until completely smooth.

4) Pour fudge into buttered baking dish and chill in refridgerator until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into bite size questions (8 rows of 8 squares).

Serving Size: Makes 64 bite sized pieces
