Cauliflower Sauce (4cups)

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower6 cups water2 tbsp. butter8 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 cup almond milkparmesan (optional)
Directions
Boil cauliflower in water (10mins). Saute garlic in butter until soft. Puree all and add cauliflower water as needed for consistency. Parmesan can also be added for a more 'cheesy' sauce.
